From State Rte. 58: Travel North on State Route 58 all the way to Lake Erie (city of Lorain). At the intersection of Erie Avenue and State Route 58 (sometimes called Leavitt Road), you will see a restaurant called Cypress Gardens. Go left (West) at this intersection onto West Erie Avenue. Travel West Erie for approximately 2 miles going through only one major intersection (stop light). Shortly after the stoplight, you will see Copper Kettle Marina on your left (South Side of West Erie) and immediately after, you will see a drive/road **on the lake side with a stand of mailboxes which leads up and over the railroad tracks. Take this road into Beaver Park North. (Do not go to Beaver Park Marina, which is on the South side of West Erie). You will approach a security gate. Press the button on the security gate; identify yourself as fishing with R-Boat Charters and the gate will open. Or you can flash your headlights and a crewmember of R-Boat Charters will open the gate for you. The final option is to park in the lot immediately before the security gate and walk to the boat. R-BOAT is a white 31’ Stamas Express with a hard top over the helm area in dock no. 18. As soon as you pass through the security gate, and approach the gray building (Beaver Park Yacht Club) the boat is immediately to your left. |

From Route 2/ I-90 Freeway: Travel (West if coming from Holiday Inn Elyria) to the Oak Point Road Exit, which is between the cities of Elyria and Vermilion. Exit and travel North on Oak Point Road to Lake Erie where you will see Beaver Park Marina (do not enter here). Turn right and immediately turn left into the drive/road**and proceed as above.

From the Ohio Turnpike (80): Travel to the Baumhart Road Exit, which is between the cities of Elyria and Vermilion. Exit and travel North on Baumhart Road to Lake Erie where you will see the Ford Plant on your right side just before the intersection. Go right at the intersection of West Erie and Baumhart and travel for approximately 2 miles. You just pass Beaver Park Marina (do not enter here) and immediately make a left turn into the drive/road**and proceed as above.
